If you did not get the tracking number, please check your SPAM folder or contact us to get instant assistance.

Why my tracking number is not updating?

If no tracking status update, don't worry. Since the order status always takes 24 to 48 hours to be uploaded online, you could check again later. For large packages using economy shipping, the tracking number will only be available after the goods arrive in the destination country. We will notify you as soon as the tracking number becomes traceable.
