Cancellation
24 hours after placing an order, it will automatically enter the shipping or production process (for products not in stock, production typically takes about 2-4 weeks). Orders can be canceled before shipping or production begins. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. Please note that we are not able to cancel shipped-out items or orders that have already started production.
15-Day Easy Return
We offer 15-DAY EASY RETURN, which means as long as you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit your return request via our 24/7 online customer service or email to info@int-focus.com. Your return request will be processed within 48 hours after submission.
The return request MUST BE submitted within 15 days of the item being delivered. if 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The item MUST BE unused, in the same condition that you received it, and placed in its original packaging. Any signs of use or wear will result in the return being rejected or only partially refunded at our discretion. Serial numbers must match the records of the items we shipped. Returns with altered or missing serial numbers will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Clearance, discontinued, vintage, demo, and select open box items cannot be returned.
- We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Instruments that show signs of use (including but not limited to scratches, fingerprints, reed marks, or other wear).
- Opened instrument care and cleaning items.
- All custom products
- Gift cards.
For non-defective or defects not caused by manufacturing reasons items, you should be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tanigu@int-focus.com, and we will provide additional instructions.

1. Contact us
If on receiving your order you are not absolutely happy with your purchase or we have delivered the wrong product or a faulty product, please email us at info@int-focus.com or chat with our online customer service team immediately. Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging and broken part for quicker assistance.
2. Get the return address
We will provide you with a return address via email or online chat.
*Please note that it’s impossible for our customers to return the package to us by rejecting the package because we are not able to receive it in most cases. You need to contact our online customer service to get suggestions for the next step. Or you will be responsible for the loss of the package.

3. Return the Item(s)
If we have delivered an incorrect or faulty(Production reasons) item to you, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Receive a replacement or refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
